2. Technology or Bust! A Day in the Life of an Automated Realtor®. (4hr. CE/TN) This course introduces participants to several examples of how computerization is being used by other Realtors in the industry today. It also describes the process necessary for determining if computer automation is for you.
3. Fair Housing: Your Right & Responsibility! (2hr CE/TN) Upon completion of the course the student will be able to identify the essential elements of fair housing practices. The participant will be able demonstrate skills promoting professionalism and reducing risk from legal liabilities associated with them.
4. Going for Your Goals in 2007!: This is a motivational and educational seminar with an emphasis on goal setting, and how important goal setting is to success in our business & personal lives as well as in everything we do. 6. "Exploring Effective Marketing and Prospecting Concepts Using E-mail Technology" This course is intended to help real estate professionals use e-mail marketing concepts more efficiently. The student will be able to examine email software programs that allow for multimedia and mass email-mailings and review some important time saving features in them as well. The student will also be able examine web sites for obtaining interesting and exciting content for email newsletters, lead generation and more!
7."Nine Must-Have Characteristics of a Money Making Web Site"
The attendee will be able to describe the function of the Internet, be able to understand the difference between browsers & search engines and examine & review the characteristics of money making web sites. The student will be able to identify characteristics inherent to web sites of Realtors® who make a lot of money with their Internet presence. Elements critical to that end will be reviewed. Examples such as Auto Responders, graphics and multimedia usage, and response forms will be discussed. The student will have a clear picture of elements that will enhance their existing web sites. Also the student will be able to develop a very effective consumer-oriented web site from the characteristics covered in this informative session.
8. "Ethics and You: Where do you stand?" This is the required course from NAR for existing Realtor® members. I am developing it to teach this April 2002. It will be a course that I teach. Course description will be available in a few days after you need this list.
9. "Going Digital for Presentation and Profit!" Upon completion of the course the student will be able to identify the essential features and advantages of using digital camera technology in servicing their customers and clients. This will include what features to look for in a digital camera, how to buy one and which one to buy for your needs. This course will also cover several methods of transferring digital images and uses for those images in marketing techniques for building and maintaining a profitable real estate business.
10. A Changing World with a Technology View! This course takes a close up and personal look at the changing dynamitic of the real estate and auction business from a customers perspective. We will examine how the use of the internet and the technology information super highway has positively affected and challenged our businesses. The will student review data and statistics on the consuming public and become exposed to business form a technology point of view.
11. "The Internet Professional Realtor®" Upon completion of the course the student will be able to identify the essential components of the internet and time-saving informative web sites for real estate agents. We will explore places where consumers visit to find decision making information concerning the buying and selling of real estate. Search portal (engines), internet browser tools and hardware necessary to access the internet effectively will also be reviewed.
12. "Fair Housing: Policies, Procedures and Practices!" (4hr CE/TN) Upon completion of the course the student will be able to identify the essential elements of fair housing practices. The participant will be able demonstrate skills promoting professionalism and reducing risk from legal liabilities associated with them. The student will also construct and develop methods for educating the customer/ client about Equal Opportunity in Housing and the law. The student will be able to identify the Realtor® Code of Ethics applicable to fair housing. The student will examine and critique real life Fair Housing case studies/ scenarios discussed in a video during the course.
13. Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR Designation Course) (16 hrs) This two day course covers agency, service delivery, marketing and promotion, and negotiation and risk management.
14. Accredited Buyer Representative Manager (ABRM Designation Course) (8 hrs) For managers, brokers and owners who have incorporated, or wish to incorporate, buyer representation into their company's practice. Developed in partnership with the Council of Real Estate Brokerage Managers, the ABRM sm is the only buyer representation designation for managers, brokers, and owners affiliated with NAR.
15. Effective Negotiating for Real Estate Professionals - 1 day (WCR Course) This course examines positional bargaining and value negotiating. It also examines unique issues when representing someone in a negotiation and breaking a negotiation impasse.
16. Harnessing the Power: Skills Based Performance Management - 1 day (WCR Course) This course will teach you how to harness the power of performance management skills to challenge yourself, to manage your time effectively, to build credibility and develop a personal vision.
